After being fired from Bitboy Crypto, Ben Armstrong posted a heartfelt video apology.

 

In the video, which was uploaded to the BitBoy Crypto YouTube channel, the notorious crypto influencer was joined by his wife, Bethany. In it, Armstrong explained that he was fired because of his own mistakes.

Although Armstrong said he had not returned to hard drugs like cocaine and methamphetamine, he did admit that he had been “acting crazy” as a result of taking diet pills and steroids.

 

His reputation as a family guy was further damaged when he admitted to having an affair with a mystery woman. But Bethany said she had forgiven Ben for the infidelity, and that they were staying together because she had “invested too much” in their relationship.

 

Armstrong pledged in the video to make amends for the mistakes that led to his dismissal. And despite being blindsided by the confrontation about his substance abuse and infidelity, he still made it clear that he was willing to collaborate with the Hit Network team to ensure the survival of the Bitboy Crypto Channel.

 

Armstrong, whose resignation from Bitboy Crypto sent shockwaves through the cryptocurrency industry, explained that he could have pursued legal action but instead chose to engage with the Bitboy team in an effort to survive and expand the firm.

 

He stressed his desire to keep the various Bitboy Crypto sub-brands, such as Voomio, Bit Boy Academy, Crucial Crypto, and Hit Network, operational. Bitboy Crypto and Hit Network’s founder, Armstrong, reportedly had a falling out with business partners TJ Shedd and Justin Williams, and left the company on August 29.

 

Although Armstrong’s departure from Bitboy Crypto is ostensibly due to personal issues, others, such as crypto investigator ZachXBT, have questioned whether this is related to his association with various low-reputation meme coins.

 

The crypto influencer has come under fire for using affiliate links to promote potentially fraudulent crypto trades to unsophisticated traders. It says that after advertising tokens to viewers, he was able to sell them.
