I'm a cryptocurrency investor living in Canada, and I'm interested in using Poloniex to trade. However, I'm not sure if it's legal to use Poloniex in Canada. Can you please clarify this for me? I've heard that some crypto exchanges are not available in certain countries due to regulatory reasons. Is this the case with Poloniex? As of January 31st, 2022, Ontario-based users are no longer supported on the Poloniex platform. This decision is attributed to the securities regulations in the region.
