Can the IRS see my crypto wallet?

I'm curious, can the IRS actually see into my crypto wallet? I've heard rumors that they have some sort of access, but I'm not sure if it's true. After all, crypto is supposed to be anonymous and decentralized, isn't it? But then again, the IRS is notorious for their ability to dig deep into people's finances. So, what's the truth? Can they really see my crypto transactions or is it just a scare tactic? I'd like to know for sure because I don't want to run into any trouble with taxes or anything. Can the IRS see my crypto wallet?
