Why won't Coinbase let me cash out?

I'm puzzled as to why Coinbase won't allow me to cash out my funds. I've been a loyal user of their platform for quite some time, and have never had any issues with transactions in the past. However, recently, when I tried to withdraw my crypto assets, I encountered a series of obstacles.
