Does Coinbase have a PayPal account?

Could you please clarify for me if Coinbase maintains a PayPal account? I've been hearing rumors about this, but I'm not quite sure if it's true. It would be convenient for me if they did, as I often use PayPal for my transactions. Would this integration allow me to make deposits and withdrawals through PayPal directly on the Coinbase platform?
