How do I setup AZK?

To complete the azk agent setup, you’ll be asked for your sudopassword (for Mac OS X users, this is your admin password). Now azk will start. You’ll see azk downloading the elements listed in the Azkfile (in the form of Docker images). These images may take a few minutes to download the first time (around 10 minutes or less).
